IMT Takes North Hollywood Apts. for $5M & Milan Rubenstein

Apartment operator IMT Residential purchased the apartment building at 12626 Burbank Blvd. in North Hollywood from private investors for $5.1 million or about $205,000 per unit.
The 25-unit, 28,269-square-foot multifamily was built in 1985.
